    Here we go.
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

Mims Jr. is good. I don't think he's great, but he hasn't been polished as a full route runner yet like he's about to be. In a different draft I think this would probably feel like a steal, it's just a big WR draft.

Denver needs weapons though, and he can give them another option in multiple positions and the punt game if necessary.

Moving up for a B-grade player is interesting. Aiming for a high floor, perhaps.

A linebacker with coverage skills? Go figure!

But I like the next one… try and find a diamond in the rough at our most ignored position

Mims was a good pick; you need WRs on the roster given the state of injuries and potential departures at the end of the year.

That LB pick was slick, though. Northman is going to be stoked.

Drew Sanders is the kind of guy who would be shaped into a perennial pro bowler by the Steelers a decade or two ago. FINALLY got an impact ILB who can also move to edge when necessary AND has growth left in his game. Drew could be a monster, that's a swing for the fences.

Secured a fast WR who makes plays, then grabbed the defensive impact threat. That's okay so far.

Drew was a first round talent and I thought if teams were going to reach for defenders they should have reached for him. He's a LB fast enough to be a safety, tough enough to play downhill, and quick enough to deal with tight ends, especially with the aforementioned speed. He's a 'joker defender' if I've ever seen one. And I've seen at least one! AT LEAST ONE!

Drew is not gonna be perfect this year but all I've wanted from a Broncos LB forever is someone with instincts and size who can also actually MOVE on the football field. Wherever Sanders is he'll be making an impact, and that's what matters. Great motor, good instincts, still learning so he should get even better, tackles everybody he gets his hands on - and gets his hands on a lot of people.

I was meh on Mims Jr because guys like Sanders were still there. But Mims Jr. gives Denver the most versatile WR left who still has upside as well, and Sanders gives them a difference-maker on defense. Both guys should become starters, and "2 picks, 2 starters" is the most I can ask of a team with extremely limited picks and nothing in the top-60.

I’m a little worried that we’re ignoring O-line. That was a great opportunity for Dawand Jones.
    Is Moss any good?

Just traded up for a safety/cb. Riley Moss- gamer.
