I feel ya man, saw Jackson at my local Weiss and he was holding up the line using food stamps. I don't know how anyone can live off 23 mil a year.

    Gross.

Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Really sick of the NFL ruining it's product under the guise of "player safety" (apparently player safety rules almost always punish the defense and aid in point scoring) then doing this kind of shit. 17th game was stupid and does nothing but water the product down in the long run as well as rewrite record books in the stupidest fashion known to man. Thursday night games are terrible get rid of it. Just play on Sunday and one Monday night game.
    Let's Rid3!!!!

They only do what they can make money on, more games, more prime time all in the name of money.

Art Rooney, Sr. told one of his sons that they would rue the day that they took all this money from the TV networks. He said that it has become more their game than the owner's game, and we have been seeing the results play out with too many games and primetime over-saturation.

Not only that, but these TV networks have encouraged leagues to alter their games. Look at the 90's with MJ:

EAGAN, Minn. — An NFL proposal that narrowly failed in March has now passed.

NFL TV watchers, rejoice. NFL game attendees: beware.

NFL team owners approved a proposal that will allow Thursday night games to be flexed to Sunday and vice versa.

Four days between games just isn’t enough time, putting more important games on instead of meaningless games isn’t going to change that fact.

They ban HGH, which is exactly what the players need to get their body ready that quickly.

Rodney Harrison got caught using HGH to rehab his torn ACL. He basically said, and I paraphrase this from like 15 years ago so give me some grace, "well it was a two game ban and without it I wouldn't play but maybe two games the whole season. It was worth it."

You bring up an interesting point, Jaderson.
