“I’m just different!”
The Jaded Broncos 2024 draft prediction; EDGE Jack Sawyer 1st round, RB Will Shipley 3rd round, and at least two more S’s in there somewhere.
FA/Trade; Mekhi Becton, Isaiah Wilson, Daviyon Nixon, DJ Fluker, Perrion Winfree, Dalvin Cook.

I like Fleming as depth, but yes I hate Cush, it has nothing to do with PFF and everything to do with Cush is trash. He brings nothing to the table when he plays. At least Fleming is a viable backup at tackle. Cush is a viable nobody and that's it. I wouldn't even call Cush a JAG that's how bad he sucks. I could care less about PFF.
Yep, not the case in New Orleans as Mickey himself has stated many times. Sean obviously had say, and I'm sure told Mickey he wanted Taysom on the team, and Mickey did what he felt he needed to in order to make that happen. The contract though is 100% in the guy responsible for such things, and that's Mickey.
As evidence that Payton didn't fully wear the pants here Mickey's time with the Saints predates Sean's, Mickey was named EVP and GM long ago, Mickey was the main figure in hiring Sean and bringing Drew to NOLA, and was even named GM of the year for having done so. Mickey's relationship with the Benson's goes well beyond just being the EVP and GM as he even ran their basketball team here for a few years and does a LOT of business dealings for Ms. Benson since her husband's passing.
Mickey 100% wears the pants without SP here but he still had a firm hold on them when SP was here.
