Agreed that 2022 was a rough year for movies. TV seems to be where they are putting all their creative energy.

I can't even THINK of 10 movies that are worthy but here's my list in no particular order:

    1. RRR
    2. Beavis and Butthead Do the Universe (no really! Great movie!)
    3. Top Gun: Maverick
    4. Prey
    5. Elvis
    6. The Batman
    7. Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness

I still want to see Bullet Train, Nope, and Where the Crawdads sing. Other than that everything looks like Oscar bait bullshit that I'd probably like but won't watch on principle.

    I liked

    Elvis
    Smile
    Barbarian

Those were the three I saw in theaters.

Super mad I haven't seen the TG reboot, I'm almost certain it's the best movie of the year and possibly the best since Fury Road.

I'll go with Top Gun: Maverick and The Batman.
    Both really well made flicks.
