    https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/...-antonio-brown

TAMPA, Fla. -- Police in Tampa issued an arrest warrant Thursday for former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown.

The active warrant states that Brown is wanted on a battery charge stemming from an incident on Nov. 28. On Nov. 29, a judge denied a petition for a temporary risk protection order to prevent him from possessing firearms or ammunition if he was considered a threat to himself or others.

It is not going to end well for AB, Vontaze Burfict killed him years ago.

AB is a corpse waiting its turn.

There’s no way in hell this dude should have a gun.

Burfict is a shining example why some of the old rules needed to change. That hit was 'legal' in the 90's.

Of course I don’t know all the details of this situation; but I know that a lot of people don’t actually know what their local laws are when it comes to evicting someone from their personal residence. I know some friends years ago who allowed a struggling young man to move into their apartment. However, problems occurred that are too lengthy to explain, so they asked him to leave. When he refused, they called the police in order to make him leave. They informed them that, even though he wasn’t on the lease, he had resided their long enough to where they had to give him notice. I believe it was 30 days, but it was about 20 years ago. So, not only could I be wrong, but the law could’ve changed since then.

Another law that most people don’t realize exists is that you are not allowed to hold personal property “hostage” in lieu of payment. This not only includes personal ideas at the place you previously resided; but car repair shops can’t hold someone’s car in lieu of payment either. Nevertheless, they get away with it all the time because they do such a first-rate job of bluffing their customers into thinking they can.

Its therefore, depending upon the specifics of this situation, its within the realm of possibly that this woman had every right to be in that house at that time until her rights were satisfied.

Now, lets look at it from the possibility that she didn’t have such right in this situation. Its my understanding that Florida has “stand your ground" laws that provide property owners broad discretion when it comes to shoot trespassers who come on their property. So, would shooting her is OK; but throwing a shoe at her was not What if he chased after her with vacuum hose

Help me King, I'm so confused

Those are a lot of words, fam. A lot of words that I don't really know how to respond to. I'm not a lawyer and I don't play one on t.v., either.

In all seriousness, this does illustrate that one should verify what applicable laws are in your state before allowing someone to move into your private residence, especially if they’re basically a stranger to you.
