We're a worse team with Russ and Hackett then we were with Teddy B and Pat Shurmur, think about that for a sec..
Yep, close losses mean jack. The opportunities are there but nothing is cohesive on the offensive side of the ball and its unfair to the defense to have to keep dealing with inept offenses no matter the coach.
My take:
Fire Hackett, go get Payton, Cowher, anyone who has a semblance of an idea of how to be a HC in the NFL. Then go and get some other Olineman to try and at least patch the Oline so that Russ isnt running for his life every other down.
Whoof. So much to unpack here.
#6, or whoever, absolutely cannot get that close to his punt returner. And is it me, or is there more TV drama over their kicker than a Ben Rapenstein "injury," or a LeBron flop?
Also, WTF? These Donkeys games are so fugly they're about to change coyote ugly to bronco ugly.
- John Elway“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

Maintaining a positive attitude may be difficult, but it will irritate enough people to make it worth the effort.

Eventually the defense will break and then it will get uglier and uglier.
Oh yes you can!! That's not Metal AF.
And besides, I'm already committed to the season-ending Chargers game. If I can take it, you can.
When's the last time Sean Pyton had the worst offense in the league? Asking for a friend (who's me).
And I felt that.
