    Violet - Hole
Killing in the Name - Rage Against the Machine
March of the Pigs - NIN
    The Way I Am -Eminem
    Bjork - Army of Me
I Hate Everything About You - Ugly Kid Joe version
And I know he's an ass, but Reflecting God by Marilyn Manson is the ultimate catharsis from my teen years lol (can you guess when I grew up from my list?!):

Well, I was just coming to drop my Katy Perry concert review from the weekend when I saw this request. (Just average, btw - she's no Gaga). I specialized in angry music for like 2 decades, so I could go all day on this...

    I'll do more later!

    How about Alice in Chains?

    Or this classic.

“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

Oh shit. How did I leave Ministry off the list.

I was close to putting MITB on it because it's the most ragefest AIC song imo. I prolly should. But it's just so damned good, too, and I was looking for stuff that was particularly good at processing angst.

Which is pretty much the entire AIC catalog now that I type this out.

^that's not Disturbed. It's Fear of Sound. Might be Draiman on vocals. (?)
