Pitt is a great fit for him to be honest. I won't miss him here, but I wouldn't be shocked at all to see Pitt in the playoffs next year with Russ, and the 2 headed monster running game.

It's a horrible fit. Johnson is a route runner first and foremost, so Russ isn't going to do well with him. Pickens will probably beat Russ' ass for murdering his stats, and he's not a run around the field like a chicken with his head cut off type of player. You could criticize him for that, though. The line isn't great, so it can't proffer insanely great protection, and Russ is still a mistaken-laden QB whose 'leadership' and 'shine' has lost his luster. He would crumble under the weight of expectations.

Vick was such a total disaster in the 2 games he played his final season with the Steelers back in 2015 that he single handedly destroyed Antonio Brown’s non-Roethlisberger stat lines. The idiots at ESPN used it as a basis for falsely claiming that he was completely dependent upon Big Ben for his success, in spite of the fact that Brown’s stats were actually a fraction better with Landry Jones. In any case, what makes so many people think that they would like to take a chance on another washed up QB who's lost the athletic abilities he's dependent upon his entire career?
