- John Elway“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”
Wilson looked much better the last two games of the season but it was a small sample size to judge off he was embarrassingly bad the entire season looked washed up and looked like he lost a step or two. This upcoming season is make or break for Russel Wilson career no more excuses now you have an elite head coach especially on offense side of the ball Payton is great as play caller and scheme to fit his talent on offense that fits their skill set the best. Denver got the best coach possible to fix Russel Wilson if Sean Payton can't do it nobody can.

Seattle's most injured offensive lineman still started 15 games. Two started all 17. Two started 16.
Food for thought. I think you make a point.
Cameron Fleming, who started the season as the #2 RT, was Denver's most tenured 2022 offensive lineman, and he started 15 games. Risner started 15. Glasgow (backup guard) started 13 played 17. Etc. Meinertz 13, Bolles 5, Anderson 12, yadda yadda.
Continuity might be a significant factor--I'd like to know more about this. Offensive lines that may suck but played every snap--you get the idea.
