I’m rooting for Wilson. What Bronco fan wouldn’t? He needs to stop showboating and just play football. Just be a Peyton Manning.

Tim Tebow used to find the closest camera just to genuflect, he didn’t cross the street w/o notifying the media, and 99% of y’all had no problem with that.
I don’t even know what Wilson is supposedly doing but if he stopped y’all would be crapping on him for not showing emotion.
If I could give the world anything it’d be consistency.

I am rooting for RW to be successful.
Does it matter to Russ? Why would that matter to/for him?
He decided he didn’t want to play In Phillly and it maybe didn’t even have anything to do with football. Maybe they felt Philly wasn’t a good place for their family. Maybe he doesn’t like the coach, who knows.
Doesn’t matter though, I’m sure the deals were similar. In fact, since RW vetoed it was probably for more than what they eventually got from Denver and they probably used the Philly offer as a negotiating tool
Just goes to show how bad even the best execs in the NFL are at evaluating the QB position. Philly obviously didn't believe in Hurts to try to make this trade, and he proved them dead wrong.
- John Elway“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”
I think RW has to have a couple of respectable seasons in Denver. If he continues to not play well , then yes, he would be considered a fraud or a bust.
Two different things. He can be a fraud and not a bust, he can be a bust but not a fraud, he could be neither, he could be both.
Bust refers specifically to his success on the field, fraud refers to his personality and persona.
For the record, I say “neither”, but I don’t know the man personally so my thoughts re: fraud don’t mean much. Come to think of it, they don’t mean much for “bust” either but we will see!
