The last 3 years they have been ranked #3, #5, and #2 in total defense, and they still pretty much have the same core of players this year. This isn't just based on two games this season.

I expect Hackett to make great strides over the next couple weeks. He's not a "I did nothing wrong" guy, he's the opposite and has been willing to admit his faults and ask for help from George and others, let's see how he does
