Never been a big fan of Jameis Winston, but his elbow/knees anatomy lesson presser was, dare I say, endearing? I like him more as a human being after that. Still glad he ain't a Bronco though.

I do not necessarily think Russ is washed yet, but man, the worry with NFL QBs as they age is that their play just completely falls off a cliff at the end...

It was initially reported by Rap Sheet as a benching - but I guess Ryan has a shoulder injury which is maybe why he deleted the tweet I posted.

In any case, yeah, it's like every notable 30+ year old QB fell off a cliff this year. Brady, Rodgers, Russ, and Ryan have all been crap this year. Not really sure what's going on. There's been like 5 good QBs this year and the rest have been pretty awful.

I assume he means the fantasy implications are big...

Colts to bench Matt Ryan for the rest of the season (separated shoulder) and will start Sam Ehlinger "for the rest of the season." If the name is familiar, Ehlinger was the University of Texas quarterback that was the apple of every sportscaster's eye when he was in Austin. He also had this amazing knack of blowing games late, either with fumbles, interceptions or miscues. He did beat Georgia in the Sugar Bowl one year so we'll see if he's learned anything under Frank Lloyd Reich this summer.
