Hurts was not a good passer in year two. Hurts also had a talented WR and one of the best lines in year two. If you watch Fields play, it's pretty clear he could have had hit the 61% 16 TDs and 9 INTs. Fields' bad coaching, lack of real NFL weapons, and historically bad line are facts that haven't changed.
