Like every other preseason, I was really excited to see the backups show their wares. Like every other preseason, I'm ready to have this part of it over with and get to real games.

I am looking forward to seeing if Rypien can win the backup QB spot tonight. I think he takes it with a good game. The WR race is close for that last roster spot. Interior Oline has some good competition. D line has might have some surprises as well. It sounds like Henningson has gotten better every day of camp and has shown out in the preseason games. I think he pushes DeShawn Williams out. Uwazurike has been disappointing in preseason but he was a fourth round pick. I doubt he's in any danger of being cut.
As you can see yet again rypien sucks!!!!!! He’s a great guy for the QB room and in practice because he’s very smart with stuff like film and playbook but when it comes to actually playing the game he suck’s unfortunately

Wilson doesn’t have any rust, your talking like Wilson is a guy who has not played any football in a year or some shit.

Manning played the pre season because manning is too obsessed and never wants to give the back ups ANY reps.

Manning will refuse to exit the game when we’re up 35-7 with 2 minutes left! Hell still have his ass out there handing the ball off and taking the knee instead of letting the back up do it.

Most of the players we have had the last few years end up getting injured even without playing most of the preseason, it just happens regardless. But i do think it can hurt the team by not at least going out for a couple of series in live action games and seeing if you can execute everything you have been practicing. But it looks like they wont play at all i just hope we dont come out flat against Seattle. Losing that game would kind of suck balls to kick off the season.
These guys are conditioned and has put in tons of work with the team AND without the team at Wilson’s at home football field. These guys are fine and will be fine. You folks are worrying about nothing.

Absolutely!!!!! And when you say destroy your talking the ultimate destruction of the Seahawks!!! I’m talking 40-6 something along those lines. Especially since it looks like geno smith will be the guy starting for this game.

And actually, I expect this.
Lol wow you think the fans lost confidence in the team because our 3rd and 4th stringers got destroyed by the bulls first’s team????

I only really have one observation. WRs have to catch the football. I don’t care if you’re the fastest man on earth or run the best routes or do the best TD dance… if you can’t catch the ball, you can’t play WR in this league. Guys trying to make the squad are dropping too many balls. Doesn’t help that the QB throws behind them a lot, but when it’s catchable, it must be caught.

Well not to interrupt the 1 person GameDay thread (hey, how's your boy Lock you promised us all would crush in the rainy city doing? Lol) but my 1st half thoughts:

Boone is a legit 3RB. I feel very good about RB.

Rypien is improving. He's behind on some throws, but he can be a backup for a long time. Johnson is going to have to play very well to take that job.

Washington was a steal. Also special teams all around look much better.

2nd team run defense is massively sus.....

    *random notes*

One of the commentary team hates Singleton. Dogged him from the start, and later blamed him when he wasn't even on the field #allwhitelbslookalike

    Cooper might get cut

Is Reed even on the team?

Oh one more thing, it’s ******* disgusting that we get out punted in our own house week after week, year after year. It always seem like anyone who comes to Denver has a career day punting but the guy who practices in it every day sucks at it. It’s ridiculous.
