He probably has a jailbroken firestick and uses third party entities on it that illegally stream games to watch. Jham aint ever going to get in trouble as the target is often the 3rd party media entities that hack the streams not the end user of the firestick, but what he is doing is still not legal. Its why there are warnings for jailbroken firestick users to use VPN's and what not so he probably uses a VPN or DNS proxy to hide his IP. Its why he cant use his phone it don't work that way on cells.

You claimed in the first post "no copyright stuff" going on. Then in the next post complained of DirectTV's "exclusive rights" stopping you from watching on your phone.

In the second of the two, you acknowledge that there is, indeed, some "copyright stuff" aka "licensing agreements", going on.
