It’s nice not to have to stress about QB. I’d like to see them just go BPA that’s not a QB, RB, or WR, especially at #64. We could use OLB, ILB, CB, or OT. This draft is deep enough that we can still get impact players on the second day. Of all our position groups, I think we really need an OLB. The Gregory/Chubb duo could be great, but it’s just as likely they’ll spend too much time on the injury report and we’ll be right back to Reed and Cooper (which could be worse, but isn’t exactly a feared duo).

If I’m drafting, I look at best OLB, best OT, and best ILB available in that order, before CB. I don’t think our CB situation is a bad as some people think. Ojemudia and Bassey showed promise before they were injured. They should be okay as depth.

Ojabo, Bonito, pitre frer, there is a CB too......However, I would let the draft come to me unless Ojabo is within a 4th or 7th round to toss in to get, range.

Otherwise lets see who comes to us and then if we can use our second 3rd to acquire a 2nd next year and a 5th this year. Then we have 2 4th and 2 5ths, which we can then use to move up if we want while also getting us a 2 for next year.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Just find an LB that can cover a TE with any amount of consistency.

Default Former Broncos All-Pro Elvis Dumervil to announce third-round pick for Denver

A former Broncos All-Pro will reveal the name of one of Denver's newest players.

Elvis Dumervil, a three-time Pro Bowler and one-time first-team All-Pro with the Broncos, will announce one of the team's third-round draft picks in the 2022 NFL Draft from Las Vegas.

Dumervil waited a little longer to hear his own name called in 2006. Denver selected the Louisville product in the fourth round of that year's draft, and he posted 63.5 sacks in his six healthy seasons with the Broncos.

We already have that...we're just turning him into a back-up edge rusher.

That said...we'll be in sub packages a lot, so we'll have DB's covering the TE's

What do you think of Trey the TE and Chad the LB?

I personally am not very high on either. I have Trey as a late 3rd/4th rd guy and I have Chad as a 4th to 5th round guy, but everyone keeps talking about praying they fall to 64. Curious to see what you think of those two.

I guess this is the draft thread. I know the Broncos have nothing until the last pick of the second but I'd rather be here than a Jets board or Patriots board or Chiefs board....
