Maybe Paton is planning to do more work in free agency.

I hate just doing tall-white-dude comps from the same team... but I'm watching Dulcich and there's a lot of Scheffler in his game.

Broncos' No. 96 pick in the third round was traded to Indy in exchange for a 5th round pick this year and third round pick next year. Broncos now have three, 5th round picks tomorrow and two, third-round picks in 2023, #9sports

I like this trade a lot getting 3rd round next year but this draft has been meh at best.

Yippee... not a damn thing sexy about this draft. Snoozefest.

We got a 5th and a 2023 3rd

Somebody has let Paton know we still need to draft this year, right? That there are still needs on this team that could be addressed with available players?

Meh. We rolled the 3rd to next year, picked up like a dead-last 5th rounder as a throw-in.

I don't know if you can be whelmed, but I am under so far.

It’s not. They are all going where they shoulda. None of them was a upgrade to what we had with lock is my point lol. But anyways I’m glad we wasn’t forced to take any of these guys at pick 9 like many wanted around here

Im intrigued to know who they had planned trading up for initially (if Klis's report was accurate).
