Sounds yum. I've fallen into the mode of using competition/gourmet (depending on brand) as my base to burn from the hopper, and then use smoke tubes with combo of pellets/chips of the wood variety I want to highlight (apple, cherry, maple, etc).Originally Posted by Eddiemac87
