$28 million sounds like a lot but estimated monthly payments are only $76,000! Joe, let’s go in on it. Sounds like a good investment!

You couldn't pay me 76,000 a month to move to Seattle in the first place in its current state....

This place is definitely not my first choice to live, but as usual, I follow my wife.

I agree. Both are beautiful states with awesome coasts. A little too busy for me. I wanted to move back to North Dakota. I was overruled by my wife and daughter. .

I was born and raised in Great Falls, Montana. I would have said no too.

Depends where in Montana you live. Great Falls is great in that the Bob Marshall Wilderness is 60 miles, Glacier National Park is 150 and Yellowstone is 220. Great Falls by itself; best seen in the rear view mirror.

Never been to Great Falls. I’ve heard the same about Minot, but I loved it there. Same for Eagle River, Alaska. I like my small town.

Bellevue is not Seattle. It's actually a pretty awesome area. I try to avoid doing anything in Seattle but love going to Bellevue.

I lived in Great falls for 2 years. Town has gone downhill over time. But had fun as a 21 year old Canadian down there!

Give it 10 yrs if King County has anything to say about it.

I like living in podunk unincorporated town of Snohomish.
