Center from Kentucky just stoned Mathis from Alabama in a one on one drill. It was pretty damned impressive actually.

Let's do it. This draft is a crapshoot. He doesn't look the part in actual games, but neither did Allen. Couldn't beat out Bo Nix in Auburn. But everyone else has their own flaws too. I can accept playing for the potential.

I would still take Pickett if he is available.

Some good stuff in here from Charlie Campbell, a dude usually in the know and on target with the draft.

Nothing has changed for me give me Pickett, Corral or Willis if its a rookie. Willis is raw and needs time to develop. More then the other 2 but he does have the better arm of all 3. This is all just confirming what some of us were saying back in The early fall. Pickett and Corral if his size checks out are probably the closest to be ready for the NFL, and Willis has the highest Ceiling, all 3 are very capable of being molded into legit NFL starters which is why we would be stupid to not draft one.
    Denver's 2024 George Paton Draft/FA plan

    Draft
    RD1- TE Brock Bowers, GA
    RD3- QB Spencer Rattler, SC
    RD4- CB Josh Newton, TCU
    RD5- S Reggie Pearson, OK
RD5- C Michael Jurgens, Wake Forest
RD6- K Jonah Dalmas, Boise St

    FA
    1. With what money

Do you think any of them at 9 is “smart” though?

QB is the 1 spot where it's ok to reach

Can't hit the target if you don't pull the trigger

Haskins busted because he was immature. Not because he was a bad prospect. Same thing with Lynch.

Oh really??????? If that was the case why hasn’t Lynch came back and fulfilled his potential since I’m sure he’s much more mature now…. Are you saying haskins is about to fulfill his potential?

Lynch was a lazy bum who wanted to play video games and not work hard. Losers like that rarely turn anything around. I doubt Haskins is going to turn it around, either. It's rare for a QB to be rock bottom/get cut and then turn it around.

Look up the nonsense that Haskins was about in Was. Waste of pure physical talent.
