100% agreed, he didn’t seem proud of the fact that it was cheating that made them look that good rather then then just being that good

In the pass game, yes Meinerz has a ways to go but in the run game he's a beast. Cush has yet to be a beast in any facet of the game. Sad too because I was really high on Cush when we drafted him.

Cool to see it discussed in the open.
I started to care less and less about it cheating when Shanny Sr. came out a few years ago and said every team does it just some get caught But that pretty much made it a non issue with me when it comes to NFL football once he admitted it happens across the league.

Sad too that Cush is no worse than the last ten stiffs they’ve had at C, so as long as Cush is making calls right I don’t see the point in shuffling him out of starting lineup to accommodate Glasgow.

My hope is they stay with the homegrown players as starters and bring Glasgow back as depth.

I just hope the change in defensive system doesn’t change Simmons’ impact.

    If so, sell high.

I’m not sure Simmons wouldn’t be fine in most system’s. Usually safeties only do certain thing’s…… it’s not like there going to introduce him to guarding tightends and wideouts man to man which is stuff he doesn’t do. That’s the only thing that can change and probably ruin things

Eddie Jackson completely fell of w/o Fangio’s defense.

Yeah he did didn’t he, but Simmons seemed like a guy that was getting better and better every year which said to me he was just developing from seeing it and doing it so I never viewed him as a system guy. Maybe your right but I just don’t see him that way.

This is easily going to be the most exciting off season in Broncos history. I wonder if any non-startup NFL franchise has got a new owner, Coaching staff and QB in one single off season?

2012 was the most exciting for me.

I would be very surprised if the ownership deal is completed during this offseason.

Why? The team being for sale isn't exactly new, the players involved have done their due diligence and are prepared to submit bids. There are already ownership meetings in March and May scheduled where they can vote on allowing the sale to move forward and new ownership will, more than likely, be in place not long after that meeting in May. They can also call a special session at any time just to vote on whether they will allow the sale or not.

I was listening to the Mile High Huddle, or someone posted it, and they stated the NFL has implemented some rule that teams are fined without ownership? Something to that nature. I had never heard of it.
