It just gives me pause. If he ends up winning the bid (doubtful BTW, I get the feeling there's some much bigger fish swimming in that pond) I will cheer him on and hope for the best. I don't apologize for bringing it up though, I feel like a potential owner of the Denver Broncos being involved in one of if not the biggest tax evasion case in US history is a relevant detail to mention on a Broncos MB.

I just don't want the franchise to turn into some kind of WFT disaster. If we get a bad owner shit can sideways quick. I think the ratting out of his fellow tax cheats bothers me as much as the tax cheating. I'm not outwardly opposed to him. Like, I'm not going to pound the pavement in some anti Robert Smith protest or anything. Hell, he very well might be the straightest shooter of the bunch, without knowing who the other potential bidders are I can't even say where he ranks. Like I said, it just gives me pause.
