Can't until the deal is ratified but it looks like teams now have an extra $20+ million to spend they did not have. I think the flood gates will open when Correa and Freeman make their choices.

Baseball has a higher degree of parity than the NFL and there a plethora of small market teams that find it advantageous to be the equivalent of welfare queens.
