GM George Paton made precautionary RB moves TUE in case Gordon's hip didn't come around. Damarea Crockett, on PSquad protected list, has used up his 2 elevations so he would have to be promoted to 53 to help.
There has been improvement in Gordon's hip since Monday. #9sports

I’m positive teddy cannot go toe to toe with mahomes so yes the defense must play lock down defense the way they. Played vs the chargers and cowboy’s, we must be able to hit and sack mahomes rushing 4! If we have to blitz we’re going to struggle giving up the big play’s like we have all year when we cannot terrorize the QB rushing 4
We have some young blood on our defense that are making the best of the opportunity to play, and they’ve done a magnificent job, and I’ve noticed the enthusiasm is contagious, I have hardly ever in my years as a Broncos fan, seen a defense with this type of identity. We’ve Gad some good defenses through the years, this one is a bit different. They have some nastiness in them that even goes undetected when you look at it, is the whole team and not just one or two guys baking the plays, they’re playing real well as a unit...

I'm not happy that Gordon is hurt, but I hope he sits out.

Forcing the coaches to give Javonte a bigger workload is exactly what this team needs.

Best way to beat a good offense is to keep them off the field. Run the ball, run the ball, run the ball. We need to win the time of possession battle

I can't quite high five this because I want both to be at full-strength. But I am fully on board with Javonte needing much more of the workload, and anything that forces the coaching staff's hands in that direction is somewhat welcome.

And Boone getting some carries. I still cannot believe how dumb we are that he has not even had at least 3 carries a game. Just in case he can break one. Williams def needs more carries, but we still need Gordon to soften them up.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Javonte can do the softening. Having Gordon as a third down back sounds about right

No it needs to be Williams, With Boone getting some carries. Gordon can ride the pine and stay there till he hits FA and we can move on from him.
    Denver's 2024 George Paton Draft/FA plan

    RD5- S Reggie Pearson, OK
RD5- C Michael Jurgens, Wake Forest
RD6- K Jonah Dalmas, Boise St

KC 30- Den 17 but that's only because teddy will lead us to 10 garbage time points and people will celebrate him as all we got....go team......

Well jevonte gets stuffed for 1 or no yards on 20% of his carries. Gordon does not. As the metrics shows he's the more efficient runner. So Gordon softens them up. Jevonte w more carries. Boone at least 3 to try and break one. As I said. Good day to you sirs.
