Yes, the truth is that one play sums up everything we know about Teddy Bridgewater. He's a bum and a quitter, end of story. You cant sprinkle fairy dust on it and make it better. He sucks and needed to be cut as soon as he left the field.

I'm glad our coaches and front office aren't so emotional.

Maybe they should be because they are not very good at their jobs.

I know it too. At the same time, I think it’s a perfect time to bench Bilgewater and play Lock because why not? If Lock plays well, great. If not, you either let him prove out that he was never the answer or you bench him and re-insert Bilgewater. Unless they’re really dumb enough to still think that this is a playoff team.

Yep, I'm all for Lock playing at this point. Give him the rope to fully hang himself and move on with a clear conscience. It won't happen, because our coaches are paid to make the playoffs (delusional as that hope may be) and they are going to go with the guy who is a competent player until we're eliminated.

Imagine how bad Drew Lock is that Teddy pulled the stunt he did yesterday and the coaches still didn't consider putting him in!

Unless he goes basically undefeated against the AFC west the rest of this season and leads us to the playoffs, this is likely going to be the defining moment of his legacy in Denver.
This is the only reasonable and sane take.
