Thread: Week 10 News & Notes - Eagles @ Broncos

I think this game even more than the last one will tell us what kind of team this could be down the stretch.

If we have a letdown and lay an egg, the Dallas game was clearly an emotional fluke. If we go out and get another convincing win then have the bye to heal up, we'll have a legitimate shot at a playoff push. I'm very interested to see what happens Sunday.

Graham Glasgow is out indefinitely with a leg fracture, head coach Vic Fangio confirmed in his Monday press conference.

with a couple of talented young guys on rookie contracts behind him on the depth chart, he looks like a prime candidate to be a cap casualty in the off-season. . .

Surtain won’t play. Out “multiple games”.

Editing to add I had an ESPN notification pop up on my phone saying this but I’m not seeing anything anywhere to support it. So now I don’t know if I saw it in a fever dream or misread it or what. Hope it’s not true.

Surtain timetable not yet determined. With bye week following Eagles game Sunday, it would be understandable if he got 2 weeks to heal and be ready for post-bye game vs Chargers on Nov 28, which starts meat of Broncos schedule vs AFC West opponents. #9sports

Rookie cornerback Pat Surtain II, who was the Broncos' first-round draft pick this past April, could miss multiple weeks with what team sources said is a sprained knee. The Broncos were taking that diagnosis as good news, however, with Surtain's potential return to the lineup after Denver's Week 11 bye if he doesn't practice at all this week.

I really, REALLY wish Paton didn’t trade Vincent.

Claiming Damon Arnett wouldn’t be the worst idea, unless the Stench knows something they’re not telling us.

Edit; Paton’s overall grade would outstanding if so many of his decisions didn’t immediately come back to bite him in the ass.

He's not talented though. He was seen as a 3rd or 4th round prospect that they massively reached for.

I literally said that he’s a third round talent with a $.10 head in the other teams thread, The point is he has talent.
