And Surtain has a 56 grade from PFF, which is not good at all, so I’m not sure how that jives with the “man, PFF severely overrated Surtain” jive coming from Jaded’s post.

Frankly, I think that grade is low. He’s already not getting thrown at, completely, by quarterbacks.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

I never said they overrated PS2, I like PS2, I said their stats are worth next to nothing when put into context.

Take it up with Vic Lombardi, Mark Moser and Brett Kaine, Harris, Hastings and Dover.

They’re the ones nut-hugging PFF, I don’t read PFF until draft time .

I tell you one thing the Washington football team has a very very poor secondary so if we can’t make anything happen it’s because there front 4 got the best of us……

last week, a street free agent ripped off a buck-forty on us, and that was with mike purcell in the lineup. . . antonio gibson might tear us a new one. . .
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

another bit of not so exciting news. . .

Wide receiver Jerry Jeudy also did not practice on Friday. He’s eligible to be activated from injured reserve, but Fangio told reporters that he had some ankle soreness after working the last three days. He’s still on injured reserve, so there’s no official injury designation for Sunday.

Mike Purcell just isn’t making the same impact.

I suppose I would prefer JJ to not play if there's a risk of reinjury, especially when we're going nowhere fast anyway.

That’s nothing, McLaurin is going to eat our secondary and their “bend but don’t break, unless you’re covering the deep ball, then break” philosophy. Heinecke or the Beard or whoever starts is going to have a career day. No pressure and DBs who just sit in zone and let guys run by them. Does it get any easier?

Default Broncos activate WR Jerry Jeudy, TE Albert Okwuegbunam, ILB Jonas Griffith from IR to 53-man roster

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. —The Broncos have officially activated wide receiver Jerry Jeudy, tight end Albert Okwuegbunam and inside linebacker Jonas Griffith to their 53-man roster from injured reserve.

Jeudy, Okwuegbunam and Griffith are now eligible to play against the Washington Football Team on Sunday.

Denver also elevated inside linebacker Barrington Wade to the game-day roster.

If Jeudy plays Sunday, it will be his first game action since suffering an ankle injury in the Broncos' Week 1 win over the Giants. Jeudy caught six passes for 72 yards in a little more than two quarters of play.
