Same with the C word. Sometimes people type it like when talking about the use of the word, as opposed to trying to actually use it. On one hand I see your point about it being silly or the same, but to Wave's point and mine, I think there are times you are discussing the usage of the word(s) in society, and that's where we often come up with a way to reference the word.

Gruden's second act with the Raiders was an unqualified failure. Focusing solely on his work over the past few years, it was a failure in exactly the ways we would have expected based on his time in Tampa Bay. He did a solid job of running the offense and got just about everything else wrong. Virtually every one of his significant personnel decisions turned out to be a mistake. He dismantled the organization and turned the core he inherited into pennies on the dollar.

Given his lack of success there and the massive contract he had, I feel like Davis was probably thrilled to have a good reason to get out of that deal.

    Agreed.

The Raiders simply were not turning the corner like they should have to begin with. This is probably a win/win for Davis at this point.

Maybe that explains how/why the emails were leaked.

Best response to this situation I've heard yet. Wish this man was still in our building!

We still have a shot at the superbowl gents!!! Right here!
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
