My only concern is, why was he cut in Sept. by the Panthers after he was signed to a 2 yr $4.75 mil contract in March? He then sat on the faders PS with no other interest.

They kept somebody they drafted high over him. That and he’s probably JAG. Beggars can’t really be choosers at this point. But his numbers were good last year so worth a shot.

Its a good pickup. I actually think we will be fine. Injured Patrick or Sutton were in trouble but for now were good still.
    Denver's 2024 George Paton Draft/FA plan

    Draft
    RD1- TE Brock Bowers, GA
    RD3- QB Spencer Rattler, SC
    RD4- CB Josh Newton, TCU
    RD5- S Reggie Pearson, OK
RD5- C Michael Jurgens, Wake Forest
RD6- K Jonah Dalmas, Boise St

    FA

Not a huge fan of Cecil, but his takes can be decent at times.

What to know about new Broncos wide receiver David Moore

The Denver Broncos wasted little time adding to the wide receiver room. With K.J. Hamler suffering a season-ending knee injury in Week 3, Denver felt compelled to bring another wide receiver into the building.

On Monday, it was reported by multiple outlets that the Broncos had signed veteran wide receiver David Moore off the Las Vegas Raiders practice squad. Moore was a seventh-round draft pick of the Seattle Seahawks in the 2017 NFL Draft. Coming out of East Central (same university Trinity Benson went to), Moore was seen as a small-school prospect with big upside.

Yeah the pickings will always be slim at this point, but this guy seems decent enough. Just needs to hold down the fort untill we get Jeudy back.

You just said the key right there: “$4.75 million”. No point keeping a guy for that when somebody else can do it cheaper. In the end, this might just workout for us, he could be an improvement over Hamler.

Panthers already had DJ Moore and Robbie Anderson, then drafted Terrace Marshall in the 2nd, causing him to fall down the depth chart. David Moore was one of their last cuts, making it hard to immediately sign on anywhere else, besides a practice squad. This all worked out well for us.

I dont think he will be better than hamler, but he'll be adequate enough. He has to beat out Hinton, Cleveland. He should beat Spencer.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
