We don’t know anything about any of the rookie QB’s and won’t for years so declaring Mac’s ceiling is Teddy is kind of silly conjecture at this point.

Educated conjecture. The scouting community, GM’s, draft gurus, etc. that make their living on this, have put Jones ceiling as somewhat a solid game manager type. He had amongst the highest floor of all 5 QB’s, except maybe TL, but the lowest ceiling. He can’t carry a team, but give him good coaches & plenty of talent and you can win games with him.

SB’s? Different story, and much more complicated. Just like our guy.

Isn't a lot of that based on velocity? What's his arm like?

A gaggle of first round QB’s say hi. The same people were evaluating the busts too. It’s a crap shoot.

This needs to be a statement game or a loss so we know what we got. A win of any kind is great, but I want more confidence than I truly feel. Or to distance myself emotionally.
