    To a degree certainly.

However, Mac jones...Im not so sure. I see it this way:

Mac Jones < Surtain and Theodore

It would have been a mistake to take Mac when Ted is out playing him right now and we got Surtain too. Fields might be a different story though.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Mac Jones just looks like a guy that is perfect for the Pats, but not everybody. Also, Jones also looks like his ceiling is Teddy(IMO). If that is true, then he obviously would have been a wasted pick, because Teddy is years ahead of him at this point.

Broncos should extend Von Miller while the getting is good, he’s literally their only pass rusher.

Interesting way to look at it, you’d rather have the scrub that’s closer to the end of his prime … bold strategy.

TBW is 28. But if you’d rather have the guy who’s ceiling is MAYBE the same as the guy you already have, then you have what’s called a stupid strategy.

He has a ceiling way higher than teddys and if he’s already on teddys level as far as this particular season then he’ll obviously have a way better career and his ceiling is going to be amazing. Because Jones has some serious talent and he’ll only get better and better the more comfortable he gets.

Might as well pine away for Seimian if one is going to call Mac Jones a catch that we missed on. Only the Pats can make him good with their system. Surtain is the guy we have needed since Talib declined. If we had Mac Jones and No Surtain we would be hurting at CB right now in a division where our CBs go against guys like Mahomes. QBs don't actually face each other.

You have no idea if that is true. He is nowhere near on Teddy’s level at this point of his career. I said Jones ceiling is probably at Teddy’s, ASSUMING he becomes a successful QB down the road. The very reason he fell to 15, and the 5th QB taken, is because he is believed to have a much lower ceiling than the other 4 QB’s, even though he may have the highest floor. As I said in my original post, he went to the perfect team for him.
