Personnel wise, they’re better than they were last year on paper. Their Oline is still their biggest weakness and one we hope to exploit with our defense. They added a couple pieces on offense. It really depends on how healthy Barkley really is and if our run D can slow him down, how well Danny dimes handles the pass rush and reads the defense, and honestly if we can establish the run. I think it will take time for Teddy and the receivers/TEs to really get on the same page (if they ever do) so if we can’t get the running game going it might be a long day for us.
Based on talent alone, we should win this one but everyone thought the Bucs would blow out the Cowboys, too. I worry that the Giants aren’t believing the hype about how bad they are and come out on a mission to prove otherwise. I think this is gonna be a tougher/closer game than people are giving credit for.
