Most senior bowl day 1 recaps I’ve seen had Howell as best QB of the day. Malik Willis was a close second.
    Let's Rid3!!!!

There is legitimate talent in the NFL draft at QB. I don't take umbrage with the argument some classes are better than others. But the notion that this class is dog shit baffles me.

Maybe it will turn out that way, but the current perception is that there are no top end guys. There is little to no consensus on any of this year’s QB class to be top 10 picks. Fields and Jones, who were the 4th a 5th QB’s taken last year, would probably be the top two guys in this years class. That’s what drives the narrative. Will be interesting to see how it shakes out.

It may or may not turn out that way, but so much of QBing is development and situation. There are guys in that class who have top-end talent.

Exactly, situation, development and system continuity is key.

Sam howell and that huge wind up he has when he throws the ball Erks me.

The guy is pretty much 1 & run meaning if his first read isn’t there he just takes off. I didn’t even know the guy could run the way he can until this past season. Either way I wasn’t impressed but for a 2nd round pick or 3rd I guess…… Willis is the one you want to take and try and develop though

    Pretty much.

At this point he can basically Trent Dilfer his way to a SB if he has a strong defense and running game. But i wouldnt rely on him picking up the slack if the rest of the team fails or have ability to elevate players around him which is the type of QB we actually need.
