I remember when the fan base had it with Bolles, they wanted the guy sent out of town on a rail. I do remember Bolles deciding to work hard during the off-season to get better and show the team the massive improvement he had made. He was given the opportunity and a second chance if you will, to prove himself, and now he’s one of the best LT in the NFL. Kind of reminds me of what Lock just did this last off-season. Wait! He was not given a chance to prove it on Sunday where it really matters how you play.

You just proved the point with bolles that it doesn't matter if fans criticize a player, and it's a stupid thing to bitch about. Fans wanting a guy gone isn't the reason any player fails.

Maybe if you were a more supportive fan of Lock, he would’ve won the starting QB job.

Nobody said that was the case, not one person implied fans are the reason for a players anything. It was implied by me that many fans in Denver aren't patient, or objective with regards to development of a QB and will turn on a guy game 1 if it doesn't go well....
    Denver's 2024 George Paton Draft/FA plan

    Draft
    RD1- TE Brock Bowers, GA
    RD3- QB Spencer Rattler, SC
    RD4- CB Josh Newton, TCU
    RD5- S Reggie Pearson, OK
RD5- C Michael Jurgens, Wake Forest
RD6- K Jonah Dalmas, Boise St

    FA

And my point is who cares if fans are impatient? Every single team in every single sport has impatient fans. So what?

Well, really I don't actually care deep down but its a message board so we got to talk and bitch about something. For me its the whiny fans that cant handle when a drafted QB cant be a pro bowler week 1, cause god forbid he needs some development after being drafted in rd 2.

”Fans wanting a guy gone isn’t the reason any player fails?”
    WTF is that?
I’m trying to make any sense of what you said there.
Fans wanted Bolles gone because he wasn’t performing at the level they thought he should’ve been, he wasn’t meeting expectations and the fan base didn’t want to be patient enough with him.
Show me a player that fans were bitching about and hence he failed?
    Wtf is that?

    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

That is like saying mexican brick weed shwag is better than Kine bud.

Come on now. In 1 season Herbert has thrown 2x as many Tds as lock as his entire career.
