You're lucky I love you, Mo.

He may not have been a great quarterback, but the games he played for the Broncos were usually something you wanted to watch until the very end.

Not shocked at all, but good for him for at least trying. He will always have Pittsburgh.

At least now we know he wouldn't have made it as a TE either!

So, Shane’s 2 favorite QB, Tim Tebow and Chad Kelly, are in very similar boats.

Chad Kelly: Those that are more familiar with Kelly’s collage career can correct me on anything that I’m wrong about, but it my understanding that he messed up with his 1st school with some off-field issue. Did he also have similar issues at the 2nd school he attended? In any case, he was given his shot in the NFL when Uncle Jim’s longtime friend, John Elway, did him a favor by drafted him with the last pick of the draft. However, he had more off field issues that resulted in him getting cut. So, another longtime friend of Uncle Jim, Frank Reich, did him a favor by signing him as a free agent. Did Kelly have more off field issues? If he did, they were discrete enough that the national media never noticed. So, if Kelly’s next chances only come about through Uncle Jim’s circle of friends, does he have any more friends in prominent enough positions to get his nephew another opportunity?

Tim Tebow: After washing out of the league about a decade earlier after he refused to consider switching to TE or FB, Tebow’s old collage HC get’s his 1st NFL HC position and he all of the suddenly become willing to make the switch. Now that he’s been cut, is there anyone else that was a former collage coach or teammate that’s in a prominent enough position to get him another shot in the NFL?

Another common denominator between the 2: Due to limited roster sizes, anytime you give a professional athlete another shot, you deny someone else their 1st shot. Of course, these other guys are inherently long shots anyways, but how many of them should be denied that opportunity to give these 2 yet another chance? Of course I know the answer is relative to Kelly’s & Tebow’s talent level, but were either ever that good to give them another shot at someone else’s expense?

So perfect that it makes me wonder if Meyer and Tebow made a back room deal in the beginning

I hope you edited his stats because there's no way he's a 75 rated QB.
