Just a good man feeling bad

    I have a few favorites.

I played a fair bit of slide guitar back in teh day.

RJ is about as good as it gets, I remember my dad was so excited when he picked up some RJ remastered stuff.

Here are ten cuts that I keep coming back to: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/2A...b28724dfa24fe3

    (no order)

Son House - Death Letter Blues
Taj Mahal - Leaving Trunk, E Z Rider, Corinna
Johnny Winter - Mean Town Blues
Mississippi John Hunt - 'Here I Am, Oh Lord, Send Me', I Shall Not Be Moved
    Muddy W - Rollin' Stone
Canned Heat - Rollin And Tumblin
    Allman/Clapton - Mean Old World

I got to see Taj Mahal live once. He put on a great show.

The Black Keys just released an album that is 100% covers of old Mississippi hill country songs. The album is "Delta Kream". I've been playing virtually on repeat all Summer.

    Highly recommended.
