I hope James has insurance. Sucks he wasn't able to contribute to the team, but losing $20 million is an awful thing to happen. Broncos have no choice but to cancel guarantees because that's a massive amount of savings across 2 seasons. If the union wants him to have his money, they better hook him up because this wipes a failed signing off the books.

Both KC tackles they cut are available still I think?

Meinerz is such a badass, he can play anywhere. Just ass Buff!

    He better be renting.
Per a report, Paton got jumped twice for OTs and the Bill's took 2 others he liked shortly before we were up. One reason we took the Indiana Safety.

    I ******* KNEW IT!!!!!!
That is why you don’t trade up for a RB in the 2nd round when Teven Jenkins (first round OT grade) is sitting right there!!!!
Now they better sign Mitchell Schwartz with that money they don’t have to give James and pray that he’s recovered and ready after the back surgeries. Gotta take a flyer on him. Otherwise we still won’t get answers from the QB position. How do you expect to get answers when giving him the worst RT situation in the league again?
Paton got way too cocky, rolling the dice with a tackle who hasn’t even played the last 2 years.

Yeah, all kidding aside this is just brutal for James, the Broncos have no choice but to take as much back as they can. Torn Achilles is not something fans can shit on him for (but they will).

Uh, didn't the Broncos play all last year without him? +$20M back in the bank, and a loser/quitter gone.

    Seems like a win-win.

Paton said something about that too, but he drafted a G he didn’t need so getting jumped in the 5tth round is not a valid excuse because there’s not a T that late that can help this early.

And sorry/not sorry, Paton, but that’s not a BPA situation.

    Paton ****** up.

This is a dik take, he’s had two legitimate injuries and a pandemic.

Quick, tell me how the Broncos are better off with that backup RT that you don’t even know the name of?

Yeah and what was the Broncos record all last year without him? We need a string caliber RT.

We're not worse off because he's only played like 12 snaps in two years?

How are they better with a guy who won't play and every excuse as to why he can't.

Can't be better if he's never on the field.
