There was a clip that showed (whatever year that was 2018?) That he had SIX 4th quarter come back wins! Then you remember he passed for 5k yards and did not just run it. Literally passed for 2x what teddy did. He is only 25 too. I still prefer Rodgers simply because I think our talent would be better used with Rodgers, but I think I like Watson more than Wilson now. Not like I didn't know he was good, but when I watched some of the games and the come backs, youre like wow. We could ball out with a guy like that here. He is worth whatever the price is.
Is Watson reliable? I haven't followed his career much, but I haven't heard his name mentioned very often since his first couple years like on Monday morning QB NFLN or sports radio.

    How do you mean reliable?

The answer is yes, regardless, but how do you mean?
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Is he hurt a lot, or just not mentioned?

He's a top five monster. Won a playoff game solely on his own back. Missed last season due to the sexual assault accusations, but ws a little under the radar after O'Brian ruined the team

Watson plays for arguably the most poorly run organization in the NFL, so I'd say he did pretty well in spite of all of their good players being traded. Too bad he had to be a creepy weirdo.

I think he tore an acl once.

Other than that I am not aware of anything significant. Hes waaaaaaaaay better than later Jackson without the injury stuff. I just forgot how freaking good he is. Reading defenses. Whole 9.

I trust your judgement, but Watson seems to be doing it quietly around the NFL.

Where is Shazam? I hope he’s doing well. He’s a family man.

He’s a 5-star recruit that I’ve followed since high school, underrated only because lack of experience.

I saw some blurb about him being a dark horse so I went on a YouTube deep dive and decided that I wanted the Broncos to take him in the second or third. He has all the skills of an NFL QB.

The NFL is fricking weird with QBs now. When I was a kid if a QB came into the NFL as a rook and did what Mills did he'd be looked at as the future of that franchise without question until he gave them reason to question. Now, it's all crazy metrics and "he's not Mahomes yet, dump him". At some point the old guys are gonna be gone and teams are going to have to start having some patience with QBs.

I can't help but wonder what could have been if we'd have stuck with Scangs and just let it ride with Drew for these last 2 years. I'm not saying it would be any different but looking back, considering how these last two years went, how could you argue it would have been a bad decision by the organization. It's not like Shurmur last year or the combo of Teddy and Shurmur this season got us anywhere meaningful. If we'd have stuck with Scangs and Drew at least wes have answers and maybe we'd have a QB and an OC, we'll never know.

    100%

    This shit has to change.

Here’s an idea; keep Scags/Lock, move up and take Herbert and then still draft Mills. Keep trying until you fix the ******* problem.
