I do too. But even if the Shailene factor is not a factor, the fact is The Broncos are always in the buzz when it comes to potential landing places, so I take every little positive and add it up. It would of course come down to what/who we could offer, but I like the fact that most boxes seem to be checked based on how folks are assessing our chances.

By the way Aaron Rodgers totally used the broncos as bait to get what he wanted on green bag which was more money! You all need to stop being used by people players and media! They have gotten you all juiced up about Watson Rodgers when the closest thing to actually happening was stafford and the broncos said no because they wasn’t giving up drew lock in the trade.

I actually feel bad for Drew being kicked around in the media and by his own fan base, the bright side is his supporters are here and he’s here and he’s going to light shit up and then get that bag of cash that he earned.

Hold on. You think Drew Lock was the hold up in a trade?

If that’s the case, our front office is a bunch of really dumb dudes.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Jeudy is wrong, Lock was only a hold up in the Stafford trade, that and the who pays what. With Watson it was Watson and Watson alone that has held up a trade lol
    Denver's 2024 George Paton Draft/FA plan

    Draft
    RD1- TE Brock Bowers, GA
    RD3- QB Spencer Rattler, SC
    RD4- CB Josh Newton, TCU
    RD5- S Reggie Pearson, OK
RD5- C Michael Jurgens, Wake Forest
RD6- K Jonah Dalmas, Boise St

    FA

How can I be wrong when I literally said the stafford trade and then you go and say the exact same thing..... smh it’s mind boggling motors hate for lock is so strong he doesn’t even know the broncos wanted to keep lock in the stafford deal.

You really don’t have a clue what’s going on.

Paton seems pretty bright to me and many others though so dumb ain’t going to hold much weight bro.

Yep your right I missed the lock part of your post, I thought you were talking about Watson, so that's on me. I do agree if Paton really wanted nothing to do with lock, he wouldn't be here.

Further to....though I think some of this has been exaggerated to some degree, even if it hasn't, it is clear The Packers still want Rodgers. And things do get said in heated situations. But if The Pack end up trying to trade him somewhere he doesn't want to go, it will backfire. If I was them, I'd not worry too much about the little stuff, but try to appease him in a trade that is lucrative for The Pack. The Broncos fit that definition of a good trade partner by everything I have heard of late. Yes, including the part of him probably liking us as a place to settle.

The Denver Broncos reportedly would have to give up three first-round picks in 2022, 2023 and 2024; a 2022 second-round pick; and three premier players in order to have a chance.
That seems like an awful lot to give up for a guy who might only play a couple seasons. Would you guys do that deal?
