I’d be aggressive if the haggling stared at three 1st.

The season is underway amigo and while you don’t have to talk up guys you don’t like you also don’t need to tear them down especially when the season hasn’t proven that they suck yet. Now if the guy was pure suckage for his entire career like a bridgewater there’s nothing to really get excited about I agree, but a young kid with only 20 starts and had a great off season is something to get excited about until it doesn’t happen imo.
Um, no one is telling you “have to continue hoping for another whole year?” … you’re the one taking a shit on our instinct to hope.

You don’t even know how to argue.

This is why the Packers FO is so stupid not to make a deal now. They are valuing 1 more year of Rodgers + 3rd round comp pick over 3 future high round picks. Just doesn't make a lot of sense for a team that traded up last year in the first round to draft his replacement.

We will have to trade for him, though. Green Bay still has him under contract for another year after this one.
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

I'm so glad this saga is finally over. Yes, it would've been nice to have brought Rodgers on board, I'm not going to lie, but at the same time this thing was dragging for so long it was being detrimental to our team. We can now let Lock and Bridgewater duke it out.

Kinda lost a lot of respect for Rodgers here

As John Craigie says - it’s like a suicide note without the suicide

Hope he leveon bells it and totally loses his form - also, man bun.

Without knowing the deets, I'm ok with this take.

The deets are this - at any point he could have publicly stated his love for Green Bay and the fans and the franchise - stating he wants to play but feels somethings need adjusted

He chose to stay silent - I think that was a distasteful move towards the fans who idolise him

    And man bun

His 4 minute breakdown of why he hates the Packers organization is really refreshingly honest and very cool.
