Tebow has been out of the league for 8 years, but someone here keeps wanting us to resign him.

Well, so much for that. NFLN reporting that he's going to play for Green Bay.
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

The last dance that he and Adams posted. This is their last dance together at GB.

Next year he will be out. By then I hope we already have Watson as our QB.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

So basically the season hinges on Teddy Bridgewater... Which isn't the most comfortable place to be.

I have (less than?) zero faith in Lock and very little faith in Pat Shurmur - hopefully they can prove everyone wrong, but hating Paton's decision to pass on QB more and more every day.

The Texans are now officially listening to trade offers for Watson.

I'm so sorry - I think it's beyond dispute that Fields was the right selection at this point

Reported they want 5 high picks and multiple players. I'd do that if he were cleared, but hard pass until that point. If you do that and he actually gets charged and convicted, you just destroyed your franchise for a good 5-10 years.

What they want and what they’ll get as market value are 2 different things. It doesn’t appear that the NFL is going to take any action and because he showed up, they have to pay him. They also added a bunch of scrub QBs and a dozen FA RBs which means they need the cap relief that a trade will get them.

I’d go for it. I’d offer them 2 firsts and a conditional 2nd that becomes a 1st if he’s cleared. No players (other than maybe Bridgewater) no other BS. See if they bite. We can afford to wait them out. About the only other team that might realistically be in position for Watson is Philly.

Its now apparently 3 first round picks.

    I made a post stating I will give them a 1 and a 2 and tim patrick.
(But I would gladly cough up 3- 1sts for him.)

Let's say that he was cleared tomorrow: Two firsts, two seconds, and one third sounds about right.
