John Elway lost SBs' because the offensive talent wasn't bad, but it wasn't up to snuff. Peyton Manning always wanted to have a strong skill position unit. Mahomes has a ton of weapons. Brady went to Tampa because they had weapons. The league is trending to offense. Let's be honest - they draft well but not great and GB nver helps him. Rodgers is tired of making players look better than they are. GB has this reputation of being a quality franchise and it's mostly on Rodgers.

They owe it to him. And if he retires they have some worthless scrub at QB. Jordan Love sucks ass. They traded up to get him, a Qb, but never a real WR or TE? The shade of it all!

Plus the betting world is saying that we are the favorite place for Rogers to come. Plus is we do get him, our odds of winning a Super Bowl are really, really good. I don't want to get too excited, but dang there is a lot of smoke coming from different places.

I wouldn't get too excited - Driskel was released because we signed Teddy.

No question, this release has nothing to do with Rodgers, there’s no place for driskell since teddy is here.

So, lets get excited that the Broncos have just freed up cap space that they can use to sign Rodgers

Vannett was released I think in March and it seems like he got picked up within a week from the Saints.

I knew this had nothing to do with Rogers. I am still surprised that Teddy is just a little bit more with releasing Driskel. That was really good off season move.

Just read this: I realize he's played so little for us, but dang I thought he would have a least one good season. Do we haven any kind of back up plan going forward as of right now?

Broncos' OT Ja'Wuan James suffered a season-ending torn Achilles working out today away from the team facility, per sources. James' $10 million salary for the upcoming season now is in jeopardy being that Denver no longer is obligated to pay him with him working out off site.

James had been working out Broncos facilities, changed to private workouts off-site due to union stance.

Private workout NOT covered under team insurance. Wipes out guarantees in contracts.

If comfortable with protocols, players should workout at team facilities to avoid risk.

I don't know who Leno is but since he just got cut this seems like a reasonable option. Plus Coach should know something about him. I just don't seen Dalton as being a game after game T.

Some options for #Broncos at right tackle:

1. Reach out to Charles Leno five minutes ago

2. Wait until camp nears to see who's available and could pass physical.

3. Move a guy like Risner to RT and plug Meinerz at LG.

4. Give C. Anderson a chance.
