I think this started as schtick but he's actually talked himself into believing it at this point.

Mike Munchak did well with another head case in Garett Bolles, Wilson wouldn’t be counted on immediately as Ju’Wuan James (conceivably) will start this season.

He wouldn’t hurt anyone’s reputation because everyone thinks like you; that he’s an irredeemable POS and a waste of time, money and oxygen.

I absolutely would bring Wilson in on my team, my logic is sound and unmolested by my counterparts so far.

He probably still is, he’s been completely un-receptive to coaching at times. Losses his temper. Per Andy Lindahl.

But we deserve atleast one year of good RT play out of this guy whose done nothing but milk his little injuries

i'd bring back wilkinson on a vet minimum deal, then target a long term answer in the draft. . . eichenberg, dillon radunz, spencer brown-- maybe leatherwood if he falls a little, and munchak thinks he's a pro tackle. . . if they wanna kick the tires on wilson, that's fine-- but at this point that's a wish and a prayer, not a plan. . .

“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

Spencer Brown for RT, Josh Ball for LT and David Moore for interior depth.

I’ll pass on Radunz, short arms.

Bolles refused to show up to work? He was inconsistent and not always receptive to coaching his first few years, but he always showed up and played and at least tried. Yet another poor example by you.

As to Wilson, I don't think he's irredemable as a human or a waste of oxygen. I simply don't think he deserves to get another contract from an NFL team at the moment. It's up to him to prove he wants to play at this point.

So Bolles has to have pulled the same shit to give you any trust in Munchak?

Btw, “deserves” has nothing to do with the NFL, it’s not remotely interested in being fair.

It's not that I don't trust Munchak. I just don't think he has some magical power that makes a guy who seems completely uninterested in even doing the very basic things involved in being a member of an NFL team suddenly be all in on football.

I thought Bolles had some type/level of learning disability? That doesn't make him a "head case"!
