Parsons is the wild card. Are the character issues more than just hazing? If not, I doubt he makes it past 6 or 7. If so, we have a lead balloon situation

I think our only real competition for Parsons in the top 10 is Detroit.

Stud LBs have been going early the past few drafts. There will probably be those idiots who think there is value at WR early and waste a top 6 pick, but Parsons' talent is on par with recent top MLBs

Fuller has not been cut yet. Bears are looking to get a pick before dumping.

Now I’m confused... so, he wasn’t released? It was announced he was but missed yesterday’s deadline so he was supposed to be at noon today, now he’s not... did the Bears just pull a rope-a-dope on their fans and their own team? It’s like they read all the negative shit written about them cutting Fuller and are now like, “Sike!!”

True, but the majority of the teams needing a MLB also are in the potential QB market (Jets, Falcons, Panthers)

Parsons would change this defense from good to elite over night

I won’t belabor the point, but this is not true at all. Lindsay was easily the best power runner on the team last year, the most patient. Gordon has been in a zone run scheme going back to Wisconsin. He’s the one cut and go guy. Boone is also a zone guy, that’s what he played in the last two years — the Kubiak system.

    Re-signing Simmons was good.

Letting Phillip Lindsey walk is like letting Elvis Dumervil walk. Everyone focuses on his size and the things he "can't do". Yeah, but what he can do, he does extremely well and opponents have a hard time accounting for him. I hope he doesn't wind up in KC or Oakland.

Agent says PL is signing with Houston:

Phillip Lindsay has agreed to a one-year deal with the Houston Texans, his agent announced on Friday.
The deal is worth $3.25 million with $500,000 in incentives, a source told ESPN's Sarah Barshop

I’m just glad the Chiefs rumors weren’t true.

Phil got a one year 3.x mil deal. He wasn't coming back at that price regardless

I thought the same, but adding a receiver for Goff seems like it would be a higher priority. We'll see.
