Which is why we need to keep him honestly and Trot his ass out there to play because he is actually a good tackle if we can get one season outta him before we let him go the. I’m for that

James is going nowhere. No way Paton takes on 19 mil in dead money in his first year as GM. We aren't cap f'ed or hindered by keeping him, and the savings wont balance out the dead money. If he plays cool. If he doesn't cut him next year when its much more manageable. More then likely he starts for a game hurts something goes to IR and gets released next year. The true plan is to have a good option that's not Wilkinson when that inevitably happens. That's what Paton should be focused on. A OT in the draft or a vet FA in case of......

Hope we can bring him back. I would prefer Harris over Casey if its one or other, but Casey is good. Would like him back at a lower number.

Question is- are we clearing room for a watson trade? Just cleaning house a little? Both?
We have enough money to sign simmons long term, but word is the tag is the way to go since its cheaper. Dont know.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Ignorance is bliss. I'm fine with Casey being cut. Sign Harris long term and be done with it.

I think Denver is just trimming fat at this point anticipating a lot of A-grade free agents about to hit the market with the new salary cap number being lower than anticipated.

Cut Casey, let Harris walk, then sign Leonard Williams and forget both.

I think we should re-sign Harris and convert him to CB. He has more passes defensed than our entire secondary I think...
