Times have changed … I’m not even sure rape is against the law anymore. There’s nothing a rapist can’t accomplish in today’s society.

No, actually times have stayed the same - we've rarely in this country cared about these issues, especially concerning powerful people

There’s precedent now … that’s how times have changed. A law student should know this as it comes up in court cases regularly. Like the first time they allowed DNA testing, since then it’s become commonplace.

We shall ignore Watson’s legal issues and proceed accordingly.
