Tsk Tsk.....John Elway, would like a word. He defines what it is when he was a player. Lynch had it, Al Wilson had it, Terrell Davis, Champ Bailey had it, Peyton manning had it......"IT" is amazing when the player has NFL talent because then they become legends. You are partially right though Mac Jones, Trask, Trevor, Case Rypien....They may have "it", but they don't have lots of NFL talent so they are in fact losers and scrubs lol

    Take Caleb Farley
    Trade up for Justin Fields
    Trade down for Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Every one of those players had talent shooting out of their ears. "It" didn't make Elway and Manning great. Elway was literally the greatest prospect the sport has ever seen. Manning was one of the top five talented players to ever come out. "It" surely helped them, but it isn't why they were good.

All of it matters just having talent doesn't make you great. Plenty of examples of supremely talented players flaming out because of not having so called it.....(no passion, work ethic, leadership etc.) Jaded is not wrong though in the fact that it wont make you a NFL great, just having it without lots of NFL talent may hide your lack of talent for a bit, but being exposed will come sooner rather then later.

actually he does and may still have it. The NFL clips of his performance after his shoulder injury early on is epic and yes he was consumed by a lousy franchise. This is the same one that managed to alienate Calvin and Barry.....
