Thread: Pick 3

We must land Surtain or Parsons at pick 9.

RT? Hmm I have to do my homework on whoever leatherwood is, I can’t recall if teams actually draft Right tackles this high or not but I suppose if he’s an elite prospect he cannot do anything but bolster the OL. We definitely need a RT if James punk ass is going to chump out yet again. I really think we need to trot his ass out there and at least get a year out of his soft ass

I think Farley is scheme diverse, whereas someone like Horn’s teammate (Mukuama) is a Pete Carroll CB only.

Wade looks like a slot CB only early on, judging by Friday’s performance.
Lol once Bolles contract is done? Bolles isn’t going anywhere any time soon man. If leatherwood is the guy then he’ll be playing RT the next 10 years in Denver.

    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Look, Ass-hole, his contract will run out at the exact same time as this drafts 1st round pick would be going into his 5th year option. He’d be an in-house option to move over at any given moment, but especially after Bolles is no longer on the team.

You have no clue as to why James opted out, D1ck, and it’s quite literally none of your ******* business ... stick to being punked on MB’s.

Btw, the Bucs took a RT at 14 last year, it’s a thing.

3 names? Defensive best player available. Preferably ILB or CB:
    Micah Parsons, LB, Penn State
    Patrick Surtain II, CB, Alabama
    Jaycee Horn, CB, South Carolina

    I'm intrigued by:
    Caleb Farley, CB, Virginia Tech
    Christian Barmore, DT, Alabama
    Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, LB, Notre Dame
Gregory Rosseau, DE or EDGE, Miami

If Barmore is a premier interior pass rusher that’s the unicorn that’s hard to find.

No trades up. If we stay 9 Parsons for sure or best player available at corner, tackle or pass rusher. Trading down would be cool too.

If we stay at our current pick we need to look hard at Parsons and Surtain. I would also be very interested in Trading back for Collins the LB from Tulsa and CB Farley. Not really interested in trading up for anyone other then Lawrence. Rashawn Slater from Northwestern who is a C/G/T is intriguing in a trade back as well.
    Denver's 2024 George Paton Draft/FA plan

    Draft
    RD1- TE Brock Bowers, GA
    RD3- QB Spencer Rattler, SC
    RD4- CB Josh Newton, TCU
    RD5- S Reggie Pearson, OK
RD5- C Michael Jurgens, Wake Forest
RD6- K Jonah Dalmas, Boise St

    FA

An outstanding CB. I am concerned about CB Bryce Callahan. It looks like he is an injury-prone. He was on IR twice.

Hard pass on Slater, he reads like an overachiever, I think analysts are way too high on him.

Agree to a point. He should go as high as is being talked about in the first 15 picks, but he is a quality OL and after pick 20 you could sell me on his value. His versatility is a good thing for a OL that constantly has issues at every position year to year. He has some very good Tape against very good players in the Big ten. I still am against a RT type player at 15 and above. IF that player can be more then just a RT and do it well it should be considered in rd 1. Hence my interest in trading back for him.

    Would you prefer an underachiever?

No moving up...no trading back (unless it's a ridiculous offer and it's not too far back)

Stay at 9 and get one of either Surtain, Farley or Parsons. Done.
