Not tall enough for Elway, he's only 6'4". Only a real Giraffe will do!
I still remember Elway smugly explaining why he picked Brock Osweiler and not Russell Wilson "it's a real advantage for a tall QB to be able to see over the OL and Wilson is just too short."

Hopefully Fields drops because of those two games.

I think it will depend on how he performs vs Clemson tonight. The two games he looked pretty mediocre in were against better quality teams which he will face tonight. If he can show he can play much better against a ranked team than he will still probably get drafted high, if not he will probably drop a few spots for sure unless some team is that desperate to take him which isnt unheard of.

It wasn't two games. He had stats in 2019 based off raw talent with plenty of noticeable concerns. Stats galore but there were some mid range accuracy concerns and his weapons were ridiculous. He came out in 2020 looking amazing and coached up. But the 2 defenses he played had something for him and he reverted back to his former self? Fixable? Sure. But it has made some take a step back.

Gawd I hope your right, Fields drops behind Wilson and Wilson is off the ******* board when Denver drafts. The Broncos have enough “It” factor.

I think it's a good thing to keep things together one more year.

Fields is one of them guy’s. I really like

Guy on cbs mocked him to us at pick 10... I don’t know how her drop to 10 but if we picked him up at 10 I wouldn’t be mad. I just feel like we can bolster some other areas of real need. Like CB, we could use a elite inside line backer that would transform a already good defense when healthy.

Those concerns about Haskins mental makeup were talked about before the draft he was thought to be immature and could struggle with the whole work ethic thing....
