It was definitely a joke today that is for sure.But in a fun way... tragic in a “haha” way, not so much a “oh noes!” Way. It’s not like we’re playoff bound anyway. Think of it like the replacements. Hinton can be our Falco or our Steamin’ Willie Beamen. I mean seriously, can he take a snap and hand off? Can he throw a forward pass (not necessarily at an NFL level). Isn’t that all you need? 75% run, 25% pass (short 3-5 yard dump offs and screens). I mean, what’s the worst that happens, we get shutout? That’s happened before with a healthy starting QB. No big deal. I’m just pretty stoked to see what we do. If it’s terrible, I’ll laugh it off like the joke it is. The only reason we won’t forfeit is so the players still get game checks. I think it’s going to be a hoot one way or the other.
